This policy explains the information BharatXD receives through this website and how it is used to review and respond to legitimate enquiries.

Information submitted to BharatXD
When you send a project, partnership or career enquiry, BharatXD may receive your name, work email, WhatsApp or contact number, organization, selected area of interest, timing and the information included in your message. BharatXD also records the submitting IP address and browser user agent for abuse prevention, rate limiting and security review.
How the information is used
BharatXD uses submitted information to understand the enquiry, evaluate relevance, communicate about next steps and maintain necessary business records. Information is not sold as a commercial data product.
Form security and administration
Contact submissions are stored in a restricted MySQL database. IP-based rate limits reduce repeated automated submissions. Authorized administrators can review, correct, classify or delete an enquiry through a private, access-controlled console.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only as long as it remains useful for the business conversation, legal obligations or reasonable record-keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting BharatXD.
